OUR VALUES:
”We see what is happening in the world and we have the courage to act accordingly"
OUR MISSION:
"Our mission is to help various parties survive crises through collaboration and to proactively open up opportunities for this".
This is how we operate:
HISTORY
Our company's roots trace back to the Teuva Hat Factory established in 1935. The factory manufactured hats and headwear, and during wartime, it produced goods for the military. Later, it expanded its production to include protective clothing for international distribution. The family business is now in its fourth generation of leadership.
security
We manufacture textile products and protective equipment in Finland to promote security of supply, tailored to our customers' needs, reliably, sustainably, and professionally.
|
resilience
We are able to quickly respond to the demands and needs of crisis situations and to create new solutions.
EFFICIENCY
We can establish reliable volume-level production within weeks.
volume-level capacity
During the pandemic, we produced 900,000 protective products over a period of 10 months for hospitals and security of supply.

RESPONSIBILITY
We continuously work on development to strengthen our production value chain in Finland and Europe.
Value Chain Strengthening
We are aware of the components of our value chain and regularly engage with our chain actors to ensure good cooperation and transparency.
Sustaining Expertise in Finland
In addition to product development, maintaining manufacturing expertise domestically is part of security of supply.
Biobased Materials and Circular Economy Solutions
We conduct research and development for biobased product manufacturing and have developed serviceable products that can be reused.
Social Responsibility
We are familiar with all manufacturers of our products, ensuring transparency in our production. We comply with the obligations of the subcontracting act and are part of the Reliable Partner service. By choosing a product made in Finland, our customers support good working conditions and human rights, as transparency regarding working conditions and human rights issues may be questionable in products produced further away.
Overall Cost-effectiveness
The positive impacts accumulate with domesticity, as a significant portion of our value chain occurs in Finland. Our products are made largely from domestically produced raw materials, with domestic labor and machinery. Additionally, we purchase logistics services for our products' transportation from a Finnish company. All of this supports Finnish employment and generates tax revenue for the state.
Environmental Friendliness
Our production value chain is close, as the majority of our main raw materials are produced domestically and raw materials' raw materials are in Europe. Raw materials are utilized as efficiently as possible, and production is carried out efficiently, taking environmental issues into account. For example, the logistical environmental impacts of our products are significantly lower than those of competing products produced further away. We are constantly conducting product development to find the best possible solutions for the environment. Biodiversity is an important issue that we want to support.
Commitment to Responsibility
We have made a Green Deal commitment to the Ministry of the Environment and have participated in the Circular Design development path towards a circular economy coaching program in 2022–2023. We are continuously working towards responsibility.
